ust spoke to Carol regarding an issue with my holiday, even though I didn't book with this store she was unbelievably helpful in trying to sort the problem out ,more so than the place were I booked the holiday originally .Thank you for the professional handling of the matter. I visited the Basildon tui store today and was really happy with the service. I usually use Hayes and I’m glad I went to Tui on this occasion. I got a really personal service right from being checked in to looking through the different options. I usually get sat down with some brochures chucked at me while I wait to see the travel agent but the guy checking us in started to ask us about our previous holidays and made us feel welcome. He gave us his view into the best holidays for a couples getaway as we really wanted something relaxed. This gave us some ideas for when we sat with the travel agent. We wasn’t waiting long and then we were shown the best matches to our needs which were well thought out. Highly recommend!

Hayley is incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable in her role. She took care of a large group of us and was extremely helpful. I am sincerely grateful for her exceptional support. Thank you so much!

Have just returned from the most amazing holiday booked through Tui Basildon with Hayley Wright! We booked our holiday to the Olympic Lagoon, Cyprus where my daughter’s wedding took place. Hayley Wright booked ourselves, my daughter and her now husband and numerous friends and relatives on this holiday and she could not have done more to answer all our questions and requests. She made us all feel that nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be booking with Hayley and Tui again.

The staff are always polite and very knowledgeable about their products, especially Danielle who is excellent at her job, always patient and helpful in finding just the holiday we are looking for. In the many years Danielle has been booking our holidays she has never let us down and is to commended. We thoroughly recommend Basildon TUI.

Just returned from a wedding/ holiday at Olympic Village in Cyprus. We dealt with Hayley at Basildon who was an absolute star. Due to my disabilities I have a list of requirements for any holiday and also require assistance along the journey etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Hayley and she was on hand whenever we needed a questions answered or anything actioned for us. Always friendly and polite and a great ambassador for tui . The whole holiday went like clockwork and we didn't have any problems at all, which is something we've experienced elsewhere before.Big thanks to Hayley
