Basildon PDSA Pet Hospital

Absolutely outstanding service, friendly staff, and very caring and compassionate. They're looking after my boy Benny with such care and attention. I would highly recommend PDSA Basildon to anyone who is looking for someone to love their pets as much as they do.

Can’t rate the PDSA Basildon enough; unlike ur average day vet in my experience- money oriented;ripping people off; genuinely not caring about animals. I literally lost all trust in vets; this a great concern to me- without trust there is nothing; concerned about my future fur babies health if they become ill. Wow upon my girl becoming very unwell the past month I visited PDSA, the genuine empathy; compassion of theses vets was a breath of fresh air; finally vets that actually care. The staff are amazing; I can’t thank these guys enough. Worth their weight in gold with the health of ur fur babies.

The.staff and vets.was amazing, looked after my olive so well, she a dog had a big operation, thank god all went well ,because how fast to treat her

They were very lovely and caring on a very sad day for us. Thank you. Our beautiful cat was only 10 but had a tumor and fluid they gave her a painkiller so I could take her home for my family to say goodbye. We took her back the same day and they let us stay with her as she went to sleep.. they took her paw prints and let us spend as much time with her as we wanted.. so very thoughtful x

Great charity pet hospital. Treated my rabbit quickly and responsibly. There were some mixed information given to me in regards to his pre-operation, by different members of staff. This wasn't at all helpful, when I'm being told to withhold food from my rabbit from midnight by a receptionist. This can cause more harm and it isn't the information you should be telling rabbit owners. Urgent training required! But I had done my research before hand. Overall a great service and i will be back to spay and neuter the rest of my rabbit crew.
