The vet we see was very friendly and the staff at the reception was too , the vet explained everything clearly and was very helpful.

I find the staff very helpful and polite my cats have both been neutered there plus my cat got he tail caught in the door and they saw him straight away he had lost the tip of hes tail

First ever vet visit with new adopted dog who needed a check over which we got within 3 days. lovely service, great staff and the vet was quick, efficient and caring. two short courses of pills and the standard consultation fee £78. seems reasonable so far unusually i noticed something important to report si asked to see a manager as had an important message for them, won't share the reason until its addressed but its not due to pet welfare. the free help which should have been fixed in 2 minutes was acknowledged and i wasn't thanked for it and it remains the same 5 days later. please phone me if my advice is needed please

This vets is amazing!! the staff are so friendly and the receptionists are helpful, kind and caring. the vets i have seen since bringing my cats here are brilliant, they are so gentle kind and give great advice and treatment. thank you so much for the kind care and compassion you all showed when i sadly had to have one of my cats put to sleep recently. i will always bring my animals here, as the kind love and care you show to all really is outstanding. thank you so much cherrydown!

Always a wonderful experience here with my two cats and bunny rabbit. however i recently used their emergency service as i believed my cat had broken his tail and i was freaking out, the staff were caring and empathetic on the phone even though i was a mess, and on arrival to the vets the lovely nurse whisked my cat away and the receptionists took care of me giving me tissues and making me sit down and telling me he was gonna be okay! honestly they took care of us both on one of the most anxious and worrying time in my life and i am so grateful to everyone at the clinic that day! saga is also fine and his tail is totally intact haha
