Vets4Pets Basildon Pitsea 24/7 Hospital

After having an accident with an animal running out in front of me I called the vets in a panic........they were great and on going there they assured me they would do what they could. (6am so was the emergency/overnight team) The only downside to the experience was on calling them later to enquire how the animal was I was told "we've traced the owner, that's all we can say".......they apparently can't even tell you if the pet lived or died. I agree to not giving out personal details but surely you can understand how much this effects the person involved and they also need closure 🤷

My 8 week old puppy had an upset tummy and had a seizure at 11pm called the emergency number fantastic service calling me to update sending me pictures and videos as he was recovering! Excellent will be transferring to them now . Well done all

Very helpful staff, dealt with us quickly as we had an emergency and kept us up to date with our dog. Staff were knowledgeable and helped by providing forms for a pet insurance claim. No complaints at all.
