Basildon community church is a wonderful and close community of christians who just love to help people and improve lives with their relentless faith and love for one another. visit them to feel and worship in the spirit of god, get moved by the love of christ as it fills the atmosphere during worship. then listen to worthy scripture being preached as the word of god is read aloud by caring pastors and church members.
Really enjoyed class session tonight.would be recommended to others . amazing and friendly atmosphere, lovely yoga teacher sarah green . looking forward to come again.
Would highly recommend sarah's yoga. started about 9 months ago and each time i go i love it more. sarah is very knowledgeable and is hot on alignment. really enjoying the strength training last few weeks and i love how she can sequence a class. i always feel great after so thankyou sarah. yoga has changed my life in so many ways ❤
Sarah is the most warm friendly chatty person i’ve possibly ever had the pleasure of meeting. i signed up for 10 weeks of pregnancy yoga leading up to the birth of my first child and really enjoyed having not only the physical activity, but the relaxation time and a chance to meet other pregnant ladies. sarah was great and adapted the movements for those like me who suffered with pelvic girdle pain. now my daughter has been born, i have signed up for postpartum yoga and will look to continue her classes once fully healed from birth. loving being part of such a happy and supportive community - highly recommend!
I was recommended sarah and totally yoga when i was pregnant by a friend and i am beyond glad i took the recommendation. the real mama yoga club has been a lifesaver during my pregnancy and gave me skills and exercises to use leading up to and during my labour. i have met lovely people through sarah and i looked forward to every week. not only is the yoga good but it feels like such a safe and welcoming space to discuss everything. i’m really looking forward to the coffee mornings and getting back to yoga when i can. i have also done the gentle flow classes which are perfect relaxation!
