I've only been running my business for a few months now. Knowing my trade is one thing the financial side is another left for the professionals. had 2 companies with them. Charged for doing accounts for our company at full whack and then filled it as dormant. They said they would only charge the dormant account amount. Took 9 months to get them to stop charging us and then they didn't refund the money. Will be taking them to court.

We paid an extortionate amount of money upfront for our year end to be complete. The fees were almost 4 times our previous years accounts fees with. Their company went bust last March and our accounts were never complete. It’s been an absolute nightmare. I have been unable to contact them since March last year and all my information is now lost.
