Espokes

I bought my ebike from Espokes Basingstoke and am absolutely thrilled with the bike. I am also very happy with dealings with Espokes so far (includes the purchase of the bike and then its first service) - what a fabulous business they are. The ladies who dealt with me were extremely kind, efficient, and even made me a cup of tea while I waited for my bike's servicing to be completed. Definitely recommend this company.

We had chance to ride around their location, modify and adjust to our specifications with her Engineer father, and buy additional equipment that was also in stock. I thoroughly recommend Espokes, I recently had my mountain bike serviced and had a new chain fitted for a decent price and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I'll be coming back again for sure!

The staff explained the features of their range of bikes very well, I test rode a couple, and once I'd chosen one, were very knowledgeable about the individual bike and how to get the best out of riding it. They delivered it the same day. Highly recommended!

I loved my experience with E-spokes when buying my bike. They were very friendly and had all sorts of bikes for me to choose from, and despite my budget being very low I still found the perfect bike. Communication either by phone, email or in person was quick and so easy. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a bike but also for their after-purchase customer care.
