Cafe Destino Ltd

Asked for a hot peppered pastry to be heated up seemed to be a chore and was given back to me cold. I would have taken it back but my train was from a different platform so I did not want to miss my train. As a result food was inedible

Might be the worst (black) coffee I've had in my life.

Staff provide great service. It's the prices that let destino down. They have a monopoly at rail stations and a coffee there is more expensive than a Starbucks so if taking a train go and get a "proper coffee" instead. Sandwiches and rolls are also pricey but are freshly made and have taste to them. All in all swallow your pride and take a packed lunch or pop in Saintsburys instead.

if you're after a sandwich, it's cheaper to buy at Pumpkin cafe inside the station rather than here.

Poorly managed, I got a ice cold latte for £5 with caramel but I can barely taste that. I will not recommend to go there unless desperately you need something. My ice coffee was served in a hot cup strange, when I asked for it she didn't understand a bit.
