Found R&R Auto via a reccomendation from the main local dealership. Outstanding and friendly customer service throughout providing regular updates on progress, they also arranged a suitable courtesy car for the duration of the the repair and the standard of workmanship applied was faultless. My car was handed back to me cleaned and polished. 5 stars, would use their services again.

R&R were fantastic. Were directed to them from Inchcape Reading for my BMW. Extremely helpful from the beginning, always kept me up to date with the works being carried out and gave me a courtesy car whilst the damage was being fixed. Dealt with my insurance company directly too so no hassle. Highly recommend for a great and efficient service!

I came to use R&R Autos as a result of an insurance claim. Having spent a fruitless 4 weeks (many, many phone calls, many, many wasted hours) with Admiral and their process through NARG (National Accident Repair Group) I contacted my Mercedes dealer who put me in touch with R&R. From first contact to last, this company is an absolute joy to deal with. They managed the repair authorisation process with Admiral, kept me informed at all times regarding vehicle collection, repair progress and collection details. On two occasions I have entrusted my car to R&R Autos for repair, once for a bodywork repair and on the second occasion to have window seals renewed. On both occasions the work has been of the highest standard which in itself is great but more than that the ‘process’ from obtaining the quotation to return of the vehicle is outstanding. The reception on attending, being treated with courtesy and a happy genuine friendly manner is rare these days. To meet with the Engineer to discuss the action required and the cost, carried out in a skilled professional way provides confidence. The actual repairs 100%, the return of the car once the work is completed is very professional. Following an accident our car went to R&R Autos. As it turned out in the end the car was a write-off, however everyone we dealt with at R&R was professional, courteous and efficient, furnishing us with a courtesy car which really should have been organised by the insurance people. In particular Amber could not have been more helpful. She was a delight to deal with in every way and was very supportive to us during a testing time.
