Fantastic Service from the Basingstoke team. Repaired the screen on my daughters XS max iPhone, not only is it fab customer service but also a really good price. We had originally gone to Apple to get it fixed but the cost for a phone 5+ years old was not worth it. Apple actually recommended iBroke My Gadget and we are so pleased they did. I broke my gadget has been amazing. They gave me a really reasonable price for my old phones and also did a really good job of repairing my sons broken phone which was brand new - again at a very good price. They also could not have been more helpful or friendly. I highly recommend this place

After dripping and smashing my phone screen this morning, I was understandably annoyed. I also am due to go on a business trip tomorrow, meaning I needed a very quick turnaround. Due to my phone being a Galaxy S22 Ultra, the shops do not carry the spare screens in stock and usually have to order them in. The lads at this branch drove to their head office to pick one up, specially for me, so I could have the repair done today. All done and dusted within the hour and the lads were professional and incredibly helpful. I would 100% recommend them to anyone - fantastic service.

Broke my screen and wanted it fixed quickly and with minimum hassle, chaps at this branch were brilliant, ordered genuine Samsung screen and arrived within two days so was able to keep my phone with me as still working, they called and I popped in and in just over an hour it was all fixed and like new. Very happy with the service and great as I only had to be without my phone for an hour, even gave me a good price on a screen protector and fitted it for me. Highly recommend this shop, friendly, great customer service and not out to rip anyone off.
