Mobile Masters

Thanks for fixing the charging port on my Sony Xperia XA1, phone working great now and usb data connection to my PC and Lumix camera working again, have much more confidence in the repair service at Mobile Masters Basingstoke especially as this is the 1st time I've had a phone repaired and you showed me the old part (usb port board) removed from phone. While waiting to collect my phone in the shop others customers commented to my wife that they were also happy with the repair service done on their phones.

Very friendly and experienced staff, sell both my laptop and my kid's ipad mini at really good price, better than another high street brand I visited in the same day. During my visit there, there are many other customers popped in either for picking us their repair goods or sell other items. Highly recommanded!

Extremely friendly staff helped me with a new phone screen. Called them in advance to make sure the was in stock. kindly ordered one to be replaced. Absolutely definitely would highly recommend to everyone. Helpful friendly staff, very reasonable charges 👍

Don't get your batteries changed here. They sell cheap batteries which die in weeks, not worth your money. Go get it done professionally and with a factory battery don't waste your money. For other things they're alright though.

Went into Mobile Masters today 29/06/23, to get my smashed phone screen replaced. Friendly greeting as I walked through the door, explained what I needed he gave me a very reasonable price for new screen and screen protector and was all sorted within 1.5hrs which gave me time to have some breakfast and have a mooch around Basingstoke. Highly recommend!!!! Can't fault the service and would use again if I need a screen replaced.
