St Mary's Basingstoke

Hugely supportive church. Never come across a church that is as supportive as this church. Very lively and active home groups. Teaching is the best I have come across between Reading & Basingstoke. So refreshing to come across a church that is not prosperity driven. Very blessed to be part of such a superb church

We all want that feeling of belonging...if you are missing this then I would highly recommend this church family to anyone who is a bit lost and wants to be found. Everyone is incredibly supportive, people here are genuinely interested in you (which is more than can be said for most people I meet who just talk about themselves)!! There seems to be something for everyone whatever age you are (particularly if you are aged between 18-30 which is surprising being a non university town). Facilities here are very well looked after, people here clearly care about the building and everything in it; some parts are actually quite modern!! If looking to explore the Christian faith this is the perfect place to do it or if you just need to be part of a family it's even better. It has to be the best church I've ever encountered!

Welcoming, accessible both physically and also in terms of understanding what's going on in a church service. There's even Q&A after the main talk via an anonymous online app, really helpful to hear questions asked and answered in the moment. Thoughtful people who show the love of Jesus and they want to make him known. Great toddler groups, kids mid week clubs, lunch club for the more mature as well. Something for every stage of life, a seven day a week church.

We go to St Mary's whenever we are staying at my sister-in-laws as its her church and we are always made very welcome:)

Used the superb Hall for Open the Book conference. Great facilities.
