My laptop had a number of problems which I was already aware of but sadly it transpired that things were even worse than I thought. Dudley could have charged me a substantial amount of money to carry out what might have in the end only been a temporary fix given the long list of problems but he instead only charged me a nominal investigation fee as he said he would feel uncomfortable charging me to repair an item that realistically was at the end of its working life and was beyond economical repair. I really appreciated his honesty and I’m not sure that others would all have responded in the same way. The turn-around time was very quick and he arrived promptly at the agreed times to pick up and return my pc.
