Helped with my issue in a very quick fashion and was always on hand to explain anything or even just show the process over message! have been delighted with choosing to use this service over trying to do it myself and definitely will be going back if i ever need any tec support! on top of all this was a really lovely genuine guy!
By far the best pc repair i have come across! his prices are unbelievable fair and affordable. i had my pc and laptop sped up by phil as they became too slow and we couldn’t use them. we got a lot more than we paid for. phil goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. i wish all trades people were the same. he also kept me informed throughout the day and made recommendations.
Phil is knowledgeable, helpful, great at keeping people up to date with progress and his prices are sensible too. what i also liked was his honestly and willingness to teach, he's helped me a lot simply by providing guidance.

My laptop was having issues with speed and loading up. when i contacted phil he made some recommendations and fixed the laptop and it's been working perfectly. phil was very professional and honest through out. he is also very affordable and a bonus for me is he is only 3 minutes walk away from house. 👍 highly recommended
