I cannot speak more highly of Barons. Charlie and the team sold my late mums property in Lychpit, the process of which was extremely emotional given it was our family home. Charlie was always respectful about the property, and never chased me for a decision after we first met, and I am so pleased now that it was Charlie and the team acting for us. I only wish I could use Barons to sell a flat that I live in currently, but can't as that is not located in Basingstoke. What a shame. :) Thanks so much Barons. I will never hesitate to recommend you to someone in future.

We purchased a house from Barons. The communication throughout the process was excellent. The regular updates from sales progressor Charlie were delivered with clear information and a genuine desire to keep everything moving to avoid unnecessary delays. We didn’t sell our property through Barons but I wish we had as they certainly would have deserved the fee. We bought a property that Barons were selling and I cannot praise their service enough. If it wasn’t for Charlie Mather we wouldn’t have had any updates or information about what was happening. He contacted us every week to let us know what was happening with everyone in the chain and nothing was too much trouble. It was a fantastic service. We would highly recommend Barons and would definitely use them ourselves if we were selling.

The Barons team were just fantastic and in particular Charlie who managed my sale from initial contact to completion. Mine was a challenging sale with my ex-husband being difficult to work with but Charlie dealt with everything professionally, diligently and with great care. I was informed every week of progress and whenever there was progress made in the interim, he informed me immediately.
