I was looking for professionalism and good communication which was key as I do not live locally to the house. The team were really friendly and knowledgeable and a special mention to Connor who went above and beyond in supporting me. I went with an open day, the valuation was excellent, I would recommend GP to anyone who was thinking of selling their property they are a pleasure to deal with.

Recently sold our property with Gascoigne- Pees. Throughout the whole process they were very helpful from first meeting with Jim who came to view our property, then Martina who held some of the viewings. They were always very friendly and helpful when contacted and gave good advice. Nic was always especially helpful and always tried his best to give us information regarding the progression of our sale, talking with the other agents and solicitors involved and he would always keep us up to date and well informed. The whole team at GP were fantastic from start to finish when selling my Nans house. I know it was a big team effort from everyone involved but I would like to especially thank Martina who really went above and beyond with keeping my me updated at any sign of movement and chasing up the solicitors this really helped me keep my nans mind at ease.
