It was my birthday and i felt very special during the visit. lovely free glass of bubbly was a very special touch. food and service was amazing. can't fault anything will be back again!
Food and atmosphere were amazing, but the real wonder was the fact the waitress heard we were celebrating the buying of a house, and went over to a local shop to get myself and my partner a card and a box of chocolates. never before have i ever had such an experience at a restaurant, and i will always come back. thank you aga and akvile, you made our day
Only 4 for atmosphere, because it was sunday night and real quiet. but we had a fabulous time for my birthday!
Nice place to eat for a "posh fine dining" feel. as you would expect at such a place the prices seem quite expensive for the amount/quality of the food, but nevertheless we found the food nice. the service could be a bit better for the type of dining set up but we still had a good time. visited may 2022.
Best restaurant in basingstoke for food quality and service. the staff are always exceptional! food was delicious and it always feels like a special meal out. we actually feel like we're on holiday rather than having a meal in our local town. thanks again for another lovely meal out. :)
