An excellent first class service from Jo and Jonathan and team. They couldn’t have been more sensitive, comforting and above all helpful. They guided us through every process and answered numerous questions and phone calls for all our queries.nothing was too much trouble. I knew she was in excellent hands and couldn’t have asked for better for mum. Thank you from all her family.

Jo was excellent from the, start answering many questions even before we had committed to using her services. So compassionate and totally understood what we needed. My father was still alive when we first spoke as he had been moved into a hospice with only days left. I was very distressed as I had never organised a funeral. My husband realised I could not cope and called Jo and she helped guide us through what could have become an unbearable situation. The morning my father passed away she was there with her amazing service. She guided us through every process.... And one thing I love the most about Jo is the fact she broke down all the costs and explained everything with out judging our choices when we visited her the following week . She arranged exactly what we required she also helped us with suggestion of florist and vicar... Both things I would have over looked. Funeral was amazing Jonathan lead the service with the help of the vicar on the day... Both such lovely people. Also lovely young lady on reception who answered a question when we were not sure if we could leave my father's wedding rings on for cremation... She offered the answer before we had realised we were asking the question while Jo was with my fathers body checking something for us. Would recommend to anyone to use their services.

Jo and her team were very professional and caring from start to finish, from initial meeting to helping make all the necessary arrangements culminating in a beautiful service for my mum Pat.

I couldn’t have asked for more. I made arrangements to use this funeral home before my mum passed away and Jonathan and Jo were so empathetic and kind. I felt confident that my mum would be taken care of. Unfortunately my dad passed away unexpectedly 9 days later before we could have my mum’s funeral. When I contacted Jo she went above and beyond to adjust the arrangements we had in place already and to ensure my mum and dad had a joint funeral that we wanted. Jo kept me updated and guided me throughout the whole process and I want to highlight how much Jo’s calming nature put me at ease every time I spoke to her. Having never had to deal with a death so close to me I was completely lost with the process. Jo and Jonathan honestly made the entire process seemless. Thank you so much!
