Stowells Funeral Directors are brilliant especially Pauline Hutchins who was a huge help to us when arranging my Mother's funeral. She is very caring and supportive and gave me a hug when I needed it!! Everything went very smoothly. The funeral was lovely. We thoroughly recommend Stowells.

Made such a sad experience a lot easier. Helped in all aspects of funeral from start to finish. The staff so friendly. Both Pauline and Mark made the whole process much easier and less daunting than I thought it would be. Everything from the flowers to the order of service arranged with care and very good quality. I really cannot recommend or praise the team at Stowells enough. From the very first call to say Nan had died right through until they dropped us home from the crematorium went smoothly. Everybody that we came into contact with was so compassionate, caring and understanding. It really was such an easy process. Pauline and the team are amazing, we were made to feel comfortable, at ease and listened to, it was like talking to old friends.

Pauline is incredibly kind, attentive, compassionate and empathetic in such sad, upsetting times for the family! The process was explained in full from start to finish and she was by our side every step of the way! There were a few unforeseen complications with both funerals we have had to unfortunately arrange in the last 9 months with Stowells but her support and kindness never wavered! She is simply an asset to Stowells and someone who goes above and beyond for “her families”.
