We have recently had new windows & doors fitted by ripton. great advice, products & service. all the fitters are freindly & polite. would recommend to any family & friends.

We really liked their sales honesty. matt recommended what was best for us and not the most expensive. the sale was all about making sure the product was fit for our purpose. the fitting (dean) was very efficient and had little impact on our afternoon as the work was being done. the place was left very tidy. we were also told what to do and what not to do, with full guidance. aftersales seems very responsive so far. it has made a huge improvement to the look and the heat efficiency of our home.

We have had the most fantastic service from start to finish from ripton windows. mathew came to see us, completed and sent our quote really quickly, which was an excellent price and we received great advice. an excellent survey guy that was friendly and very thorough. delivery and instillation was earlier than expected and was a very pleasant surprise . the installers dean and dean were swift, cheerful, considerate and very thorough. they were hard working throughout but always polite, helpful and understanding when i made odd enquiries. the attention to detail was superb. our windows look fabulous. all the office staff we interacted with, kirsty another lady and lee (who helped with some little issue) were all so helpful and supportive. we would like to highly recommend this company. we have had almost all of our home re glazed and our conservatory from ripton and all have been excellent .

Thank you so much for all your time and efforts regarding our french doors , our project wasn’t the most straight forward from start to finish and i would like to thank every single person who has helped made it possible from the office staff , to the installation team especially lee for his hard work today your an asset to matthew’s company you all are to be fair and give world class service! , to richard and most of all matthew the boss man for all your time and efforts , it has been most appreciated i know it’s been a pain in the rump and i know i’ve not been the most easiest of customers for you but i sincerely appreciate everything you have done to make it easier for my little boy who is severely disabled to gain access to his amazing garden. i would highly recommend ripton windows & conservatories to everyone just because they have gone the extra mile and i won’t forget that. from polly ,steve and reuben
