A great gym with helpful and genuinely friendly staff. full range of quality equipment that is maintained/cleaned regularly. the gym has good extras like spacious changing rooms (and showers), a disabled lift/toilet and water stations. free parking and accessible 24/7. highly recommend!

I have been a member since the gym opened and have enjoyed training with the coaching and advice from jess clark pt there. the staff are all approachable and friendly and the facility is kept clean. there are peak times when it is busy however the gym app tracks peak times and also provide up to the minute occupancy to help you decide whether to go at that time or delay your visit. good value for money and not rivalled locally in my opinion

Great atmosphere where all the staff are approachable and friendly. they want everyone to achieve their goals and will support them all the way. good range of equipment and wide variety of classes to suit all abilities, wants and needs. this isn't just a gym, it is a community where people quickly become friends and family, customers and staff alike.

I have been to this gym for 4 weeks and i have got to say i have been in the best shape then i have ever been. sometimes it can be very compacted but if you focuses on yourself then you will be fine. if you need some help or want to learn how to do something the staff team are super nice and will help you out in the gym. i personally have only had two times where i felt very uncomfortable in the gym because of people constantly looking at me but beside that i would recommend this place to new people who want to start going to the gym.

I've been a member of this gym since they opened their doors in basingstoke in 2019 and my goodness me, it's been an incredible experience. if i have no motivation, then i definitely struggle to keep any kind of weight off so as you can imagine, coming back after covid was absolutely daunting. but, i've had nothing but positive experiences in this place. the pts are so lovely, friendly, helpful, all come with their own experiences and ways of working which means the classes are varied. i've had huge confidence knocks in a different gym but being at this one, i have certainly made friends for life here. there's a great atmosphere and it's there for anyone from any walk of life with whatever experience they have. it's even given me the confidence to dabble in the free weights area a couple of times which is huge in itself. all this for a very decent price. if you're looking for your first step, this is the one to take.
