Alina Homecare Basingstoke

I have worked for Alina for 4 years and I think it is a good place to work and they look after their carers very well and they are very flexible with the carers we have a really great team

I have been nearly 2 years with Alinahomecare they always been very supportive to me. Regular update trainings to make sure we give the best service. Very good company to work for.

Since my journey with Alina Homecare started, I have had nothing but constant support, reassurance and a warm welcome by everyone within the team. They have opened up opportunities for myself, such as my NVQ. Their training was incomparable to any I have had before, I have been a Care Assistant in the community for the past 3 years, and it wasn't until I joined Alina that I realised how much I didn't get taught at previous companies. I cannot fault Alina, so thank you so so much!!!

Since starting with alina homecare I’ve felt nothing but support. From the training , to shadowing the kindest co workers, to going out on my own I know if I ever had a problem I would have the best team to help me. I feel very lucky to work for a company like alina homecare. Everyone is very welcoming including the clients! I really feel like I’m able to make a difference :)
