I’m so pleased I rang In Home Care in Basingstoke and chatted to Lucy. She immediately made me feel at ease with her caring manner. She took the time to explain everything to me, and asked lots of questions about my lovely Auntie. I could really sense Lucy’s compassion and empathy. Lucy was very responsive to my needs and I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

While considering a care plan for my father in law, I was highly impressed with Dan and his team from the outset. Their level of understanding and compassion for our situation was excellent. Dan was generous with his time to explain all the options open to us, with a clear attention to detail, empathy, and left us in no doubt that they could provide a first class solution for us. I only been with the company a couple months but it so good to find a company that stands for everything Care should be They provide excellent quality of care and look after their staff very well. this is a care company that feels like a family. already they have proven to be trustworthy honest and supportive not only with a home / work balance but even helping me with a personal issue that had nothing to do with there company I am glad I working for them .I know there are a lot of companies out there but honestly the best company I have worked for i would Highly Recommend.
