I have stayed in Premier Inn hotels before, in different locations, and as always the offer you a great accommodation experience.
This hotel in Basingstoke is located just a few minutes walking from the Festival Place and the shopping area and is easy to access the Basingstoke train station.
Friendly staff, happy to assist anyone.
Also, the breakfast menu is very good. A wide selection of choices, cooked breakfast, cereals, coffee, orange juice, jam.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would be happy to choose again for future bookings.

Premier Inn ticks the box for luxury, location and service delivery. Everything is well thought out and executed.
There's a central cooling and heating system, which is cool.
However, prices of foods and goods are on the high side.
Security is paramount too. No card, no access. That alone is comforting.
Nice place to be.

One of the nicest premier inns that I've experienced. The room was nice and cool even with the non opening windows. The staff here are all super friendly with smiles, including the chef. I've been coming here one weekend a year for a long time now and it's always the same.

Room looks good except of the dirt stain on the bed headboard. Stayed there for 6 days and nobody entered the room to clean, change the bedding or at least the towel and I am saying towel because I only had one. Also you cannot open the window to get some fresh air (they have a ventilation system but I prefer to open the window). Moreover, 15 parking spots serves for the whole hotel, first comes first served and the others have to pay for private parking.

Great stay. Rooms were exactly as you'd expect them. Food was good for breakfast.
Special mention for Bobby on reception would was so attentive and helpful.
Parking is in the carpark right next door. Wasn't too expensive. Very close to town.
