I bought a freshwater pearl necklace for our daughter’s 21st birthday. My husband was impressed with my choice and - more importantly - our daughter is delighted with it. It’s very good quality and value and I hope it will be around for many years.

I can’t thank F Hinds enough for their excellent, knowledgeable but not pushy service to enable the ‘mending’ of my sentimental ring. I also appreciated the sensible pricing, rather than the ludicrous figures I had been given by a local bespoke outfit !! Talking watches were also discussed, demonstrated and further advice offered. Assistant very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took time to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and also advised that we could have our existing ring cleaned and recoated, which we agreed to have done.
