I purchased a citizen eco drive promaster navihawk A-T from this store in Basingstoke on the 28th of February 23. The lady that served me by the name of Lisa was appsalutely fantastic, she was very professional and friendly and a pleasure to meet, she answered all the questions I asked her regarding the watch I had purchased. I would highly recommend this store and hopefully you'll have the wonderful Lisa serve you. (The assistant manager was also a pleasure to meet and chat with) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. 🙂 👌👍

Absolutely incredible service today by Komal. We came with a relatively complex repair issue from a different branch and she went above and beyond, calling the Guildford branch, arranging for the watch to be sent, and arranging/processing the claim on the warranty. She was incredibly personable and stayed with us for close to 40mins whilst we were browsing for a watch. We ended up buying two watches. It has been such a pleasure shopping at the branch because of her. Thank you so much Komal, you have made an incredible difference to our shopping experience. Thank you!

Everyone there was so helpful and super nice. I came in with a small problem and it was resolved quickly. Komal helped us a lot, she was incredibly in solving our issues.

5 stars eventually !! Went into the Basingstoke store on a Friday afternoon and we were 1 of 6 potential customers looking at items in the store. One guy was serving a customer while 2 'assistants' sat at the desk at the rear of the store talking. After no assistance for 10 minutes we walked out. A week later we were in the mall again and noticed that there were no customers in the shop so we went in. WHAT A DIFFERENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EMMA. We were so impressed with the help from Emma that we arranged to return for another item only when Emma was available to serve us by appointment. We will now only deal with Emma in the future.
