A very friendly helpful shop and very reasonably priced. Fixed several things for us now

Wanted to suppprt a local business so took my sons silver bracelet to get fixed after the clasp broke. They attached a clasp but not the secondary ring on the other end of the bracelet to connect so basically it only clasps onto a link. We asked in the shop after collecting the expensive repaired item to be told this is all they can do and its fixed as it is. Basically dismissed us. Not impressed and won't be coming back.

Visited to get a link taken out of a watch bracelet but was told it wasn’t possible within a minute of entering the store. The person behind the counter seemed more interested in watching a video on their phone than helping. I read online that they had a watch expert with 50 years of experience, hopefully this was not the same person. Ended up going elsewhere in town and it was sorted within 10 minutes with no issues. It’s a real shame as I would’ve loved to support a local business. Perhaps they don’t need customers.

I really appreciated Alan's help with my trade in of old jewellery that was no longer wanted, which I then traded for a couple of pieces in store. I received good value for my old stuff and wished to buy something that I'd appreciate. Deborah spent ages helping me choose and both were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up with a couple of pieces I absolutely love, (both preloved items). They have a great selection of both pre loved and new items, with lots of original pieces that you won't find in your average high street Jewellers (rings, earrings, necklaces even wedding band/engagement sets). Great service from Alan and Alan and Deborah, thank you very much!

We went to visit Stone Jewellery to get 2 rings repaired. The person at the counter (forgot to take his name, stout, white-haired bespectacled gentleman) very honestly told us what they would attempt to do, the risks involved and suggested we try a few things at home first. The free and honest advice was much appreciated. I thought the least I could do was give my feedback.
