I really appreciated Alan's help with my trade in of old jewellery that was no longer wanted, which I then traded for a couple of pieces in store. I received good value for my old stuff and wished to buy something that I'd appreciate. Deborah spent ages helping me choose and both were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up with a couple of pieces I absolutely love, (both preloved items). They have a great selection of both pre loved and new items, with lots of original pieces that you won't find in your average high street Jewellers (rings, earrings, necklaces even wedding band/engagement sets). Great service from Alan and Alan and Deborah, thank you very much!

We went to visit Stone Jewellery to get 2 rings repaired. The person at the counter (forgot to take his name, stout, white-haired bespectacled gentleman) very honestly told us what they would attempt to do, the risks involved and suggested we try a few things at home first. The free and honest advice was much appreciated. I thought the least I could do was give my feedback.
