A pleasure to deal with both Jacqui in the office and Pat on the job. I’ve called on ACE twice now. Pat is a professional, speedy & tidy worker, and Jacqui kept me updated throughout on arrival time and invoice. I had a set budget for my front door and was surprised they came in lower when compared to other local traders who were quoting in excess of £300-£550 more! Patrick is a skilled locksmith who went above and beyond to fix my jammed lock. He was quick to come out and assess the problem, and he was able to free up the lock without needing to replace it. He also noticed that the bottom hinge was slightly twisted and damaged, and he replaced it at no extra cost. Patrick was friendly, efficient, and helpful, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs locksmith services.
