I needed a locksmith to change 3 locks for me - found B.E.N. on Check-a-Trade and contacted them to arrange a visit which I was booked in for a few days later. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. After taking a look at the work that needed doing he said he had all the parts and could do it there and then which I was happy with. The work was completed to an excellent standard and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend B.E.N. for any locksmith work.

An outstanding service from a genuinely locally based business in Basingstoke. Fast efficient with reasonable and fair pricing too. Getting locked out is no fun but b.e.n. locksmiths got me back in my home within 90 minutes of me first contacting them (and that was a very high security lock that failed).If ever you find yourself in a similar situation, call these friendly people and be safe in the knowledge they are NOT going to rip you off. Brilliant service and quick to come out and investigate why we were not able to close our conservatory doors properly. Fixed the issue, gave us some practical advice moving forward and what else might be needed if the issue occurred again. Professional and well recommended.

We got locked out of kitchen when a spring went in the door handle and as Ben installed and services our alarm he was the best choice to call - on time , always pleasant ( as is the lovely Jenette who sorts out the bookings ) and tidies up after. I thoroughly recommend using Ben for all alarm and lock issues.
