a main dealership wanted ~£300 for a new ECU & 144 per hour to clone and fit the replacement. TAE pointed out over the phone that it was not an ECU & did not need reprogramming plus i was probably tech savvy enough to swap out the fuse& relay board myself. what a legend! I contacted Dan at The Automotive Expert after the spare key for my Cayenne (2016) stopped working. I had already contacted Porsche who advised that they would charge a £260+ investigation fee and didn't have an appointment with courtesy car until March! Within 15 minutes of arriving Dan told me the problem was sorted, no new key required, and he showed me how to re-sync my key to the car should the problem arise again, and for a very reasonable price indeed... I would absolutely recommend, no hesitation whatsoever

The guy who came out was fantastic. He arrived within half an hour of my phone call, was very polite and friendly and very good at his job. He literally had my car unlocked within minutes!
