Target Therapies

Had a fab full body massage and foot massage, and also did lots of stretching. lovely warm room in the sports centre located inside the festival place shopping centre in basingstoke. highly recommend if you are looking for a massage.

I went today for my shoulder and neck pain. sisi was amazing and did a great work to uplift my mood and honestly am feeling much better than i was. thank you so much and definitely will book once a month atleast. i definitely do recommend target therapy team. 🙂

Had my 2nd massage today with sisi. she really is amazing. sisi was able to clearly identify my specific needs and tailored the massage accordingly. i can honestly say both massages have been the best ever and i feel that sisi is the right person to help me maintain my repetitive injury albeit i live quite a distance away but believe the investment in traveling time is 100% worth it.

So glad i came across target therapies. sisi has been amazing at helping me following an injury. she explained the difference between deep tissue massage and sports/remedial massage and recommended which one i should do based on my needs. feel a lot more relaxed after the massage

Had a one hour appointment with sisi this week. she was thoroughly professional and absolutely amazing. she assisted with a clicking shoulder i've had for twenty years and was extremely knowledgeable. she tailored my massage for what i needed and gave great advice about future management. i cannot recommend highly enough- many thanks sisi!
