A really great experience. immediately greeted by a staff member and offered a beverage, he then proceeded to show us the different mattresses available whilst explaining their different qualities. i tried out several for firmness and comfort. got analysed for posture pressures and was advised that the tempur was recommended. i agreed and despite going over my budget consider that i received a reasonably good deal. all done in a relaxing , informative none pressurised way. am looking forward to delivery of my mattress and trying it out. you have a satisfied customer.

Superb service - even though we came at the end of the day, leah was extremely helpful and took her time to take us through the options, making sure we made the right decision. she also is clearly an expert on beds and really knew her stuff !! we would definitely recommend visiting dreams for your bed needs.

Excellent customer service. richard went out of his way to help provide a solution to our request, something that they had never been asked to do before. arrangements were made very quickly and we are very grateful. thank you also to michelle in high wycombe for your contribution in the situation. our dreams (s'cuse the pun) have been a lot less stressful thanks to you guys.

Carl was the adviser i spoke to. he had excellent knowledge and charisma. made me feel warm and welcomed. didnt apply any pressure to buy there and then, so i could make an informed decision about what i wanted to buy. i ended up paying more than i wanted, but i was convinced with carls advise i was making a great purchase :) would be happy to advise friends and family to go to the store to see him. carl did everything he could to make a very good deal for me, and sold me on the all the extras i brought :)

The service we received from the time we entered the showroom until we left was superb. carl stevens was extremely helpful, very polite and whilst we were contemplating which mattress to purchase he made my wife and i a cup of tea. he explained everything very carefully and in detail so there was no problems when the sale was completed to our satisfaction. very pleased with the service and impressed with the electronic “bed tester”. all helped to make it a very smooth purchase. many thanks to carl stevens.👍👍
