The owners clearly poured their heart and soul into this place and it really comes out in the customer service and the quality of the food. the food was filling, bursting with flavour and spice, and the prices for what you get are just another bonus to eating here. cannot give enough credit to the couple who run this place as their energy is warming and they take such pride in their food. 100% recommend if you're looking for something different to try
Sooooooo nice. ordered the mutton stew with rice and beans. the mutton was cooked to perfection and melting in the mouth. the beans were so tasty. will definitely return! thank you so much.
I’ve been twice now and will definitely be back. staff are nice and the owner will stop for a chat if he’s free. great value for money and delicious food. thanks afrizi.
Delicious meal from afrizi last night, went in and grabbed take out, the chef cooked us up fresh bits and we had a good chat with the owner! lovely place inside and the smell walking past enticing! thank you we will definitely be coming back to try more!
My girlfriend and i have wanted to try nigerian food for so long, and decided to pop in to have a snack when in festival place! it was really empty in there but the staff were really friendly and helpful. there are a good number of tables despite being quite small and tucked away. we shared a medium portion of jollof rice with the fried plantains which was incredible! we're both not the best with spice, though, so if you're the same then definitely be prepared for a bit of a kick (even though it's labelled as mild on the menu! tells you all you need to know about my spice tolerance). even then, it was delicious and i'm definitely going to try making it at home! loved the compostable bowls and cutlery. there seemed to be plenty of vegan and veggie options so we'll definitely be returning to try those, too - especially the famed puff puffs!
