O2 Shop Basingstoke

I had a pleasant experience at the O2 Shop I Basingstoke. The Store was very neat and clean and the ambience was calm and lovely with feel good music to liven your mood. The advisor was calm, patient and friendly. He listened to all my questions and sorted out my needs. Really happy with the service I was given.

I can’t speak highly enough of Ash in O2 festival place, Basingstoke . I went in in an absolute panic as I’d never lost my phone/number before. I lost it while surfing 🏄‍♀️ when a big wave hit me, I felt so stupid. Ash was super calm and reassuring, I couldn’t believe I could get my number back, but he told me everything would be ok within 24hrs if not much sooner. Actually it took less than an hour!!! He’s an absolute asset to o2 and literally a friend for life!!! Thank you so much Ash you’re absolutely amazing and the advice you gave was spot on!!! If anybody has an accident or is anxious in general, go see Ash, his calming nature and friendly personality will have you back to yourself in no time.

I have only immense praise for the service today in supporting my 92 year old father in purchasing a phone following his unfortunate experience of a recent purchase online (Amazon) of what he thought was a Doro phone. Turns out all the faults he was experiencing were because this was likely to have been a counterfeit phone. The staff were empathetic, knowledgeable and cheerful, and did not attempt to upsell but listened to what my dad wanted. Once a replacement phone was chosen, the young lady set the phone up ready for dad to use straight away. The whole process took about one hour and 45 minutes but at no point did the member of staff display any frustration over it taking so long. Highly recommended.
