Amazing customer service from peter at vodafone in festival place, basingstoke. he was helpful, friendly and patient, especially when i kept asking him to check how changing different options affected the price. i am really pleased with the deals i got for broadband, mobile & tablet. i highly recommend this store and peter in particular.
My partner and i went in to upgrade her phone. ben was fantastic, in fact so good we got a phone for me. great service, explained everything and fully deserving of a five star review.
