As a first time customer, used to using the big chains, I was very impressed with the whole experience. From eye test to collection of new glasses is was friendly but efficient and accurate. Some slight delays for appointment times but unfortunately that is just the reality of the current covid restrictions from their governing body. I will definitely use them again.

I enjoyed a thoroughly professional, personalised and efficient experience at Leighton's. So refreshing in comparison to the larger 'High Street' brands, which make me feel more like I'm being processed in a factory! Thank you to all the team at Leighton's Basingstoke.

Prompt, first class service from start to finish. May not be the cheapest optician in town, but the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and I trust them totally to look after my eyecare needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this optician.
