Countrywide Pest Control - Basingstoke

We have had a great experience using Countrywide. Rodents are never a nice thing to deal with so dealing with Lewis from Countrywide who quickly understood the problem was very re-assuring. Lewis offered great advice and guidance not only in resolving the issue but also recommending preventative work to reduce the risk of the problem re-occurring. I have no hesitation in recommending Countywide.

A Gentleman arrived on time, His name Sam Hellewell, explained the procedure and what he was going to do, he inspected my loft and explained what sort of flies were there, he was very professional and polite and respectful. Thank you very much Sam for carrying out this work for us and putting our mind at rest. I would recommend this company as he also explained to me that all the work was guaranteed, he also mentioned that if I opened the loft in a week and there was still a problem with the cluster flies the company would come out and fix the problem without charge, so I really respect that honesty, Thank you Countrywide Pest Control Services.

I cannot rate Kurt from Countrywide highly enough. A thoroughly good job done by him and I’m delighted with the results. Fingers crossed it remains that way! On a professional front, Kurt is extremely knowledgeable, is methodical and diligent and takes the time to explain his methods and thereby displays his expertise - this is so helpful and very much appreciated. On a personal front, I could not have wished for a more polite, respectful and focused chap to undertake the task in hand. Thank you Kurt!

Rang Tom in the Newbury office as a wasps nest by a window had been discovered whilst double glazers were fitting windows. Tom was very helpful and gave excellent pragmatic advice and we spoke a couple of times over a couple of days. He always rang back as agreed. An appointment was booked and Lewis (Lee?) turned up as agreed and was very engaging and practical. Not only did he treat the nest but also checked the rest of the House outside in case they had set up home elsewhere too. Very impressive genuine service at fair price. I would definitely use again. The representative, Kurt, arrived at the time as promised when I requested the service. He clearly explained his procedures and had a good look over the property to ensure all potential areas were checked. He efficiently dealt with the problem.
