I contacted Lee at 4.15pm on a hot Friday afternoon as there were "droppings" in two toilet areas and one bedroom. Despite having finished work for the day he came round within the hour and located that the problem was in the drains and the roof. I was mortified! He laid bait and returned three consecutive weeks later to check and treat if needed. Thankfully all now is clear. I would thoroughly recommend this helpful young man if you suspect a problem at your home.

Lee was such a lovely guy. Incredibly knowledgeable about what he was doing, super efficient and managed to get our issue sorted in less than a week! He was a real pleasure to deal with and the care and attention he took in our home and with the job itself speaks so well to him. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Pest Response were fantastic. We had a rodent issue within the attic and the garden, and Lee came out very fast and got to work. All for one very reasonable and flat fee, Lee made several visits to make sure that the rodents were eradicated within weeks. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again if needed.

Loved how friendly Lee was and knowledgeable too! I phoned him today and he made time to make sure he came to help get rid of the wasp nest in our loft. I told him we had a baby and that I was worried. He was a really lovely guy and also very competitively priced. We phoned some larger companies beforehand who were extortionate in price. Lee even offered to come back and treat the site for free (inclusive of first visit price) should the queen return. Highly recommend.

Lee arrived today at agreed time. Delighted to say that, on completion of his inspection, Lee advised that he was confident that it was droppings from other wildlife and not rats. I was so VERY relieved! Lee has everything that every customer would look for i.e. thorough knowledge of his subject, reliability, integrity, punctuality and just a downright thoroughly nice man! Would thoroughly recommend and henceforth he will ALWAYS be my go-to if required. Cannot recommend highly enough!
