I had the pleasure of meeting Shane today after speaking to Roo first I can not tell you how helpful they both were they couldn’t do enough to help me . They went above and beyond to rescue a lady in distress . My son was minding his own business getting a drink in the middle of the night but was greeted by an extra pair of eyes watching him going into the fridge yes you can imagine his reaction to rude to post . To me being woke up mum there a Rat in the kitchen !!! To cut a long story short all I can say is the next few hrs turned into something out of faulty towers trying to get this Rat out . A frantic call to Roo and Shane was with us 20 mins later . Thinking he’d come to a nut house . 5 mins later Shane appears with said Rat on his arm laughing and said will you take a picture . Think he was trying to finish me off . Mr Rat turned out to be a neighbours lost pet . So not only did Shane remove mr Rat he managed to reunite mr Rat with his owners . What a start to a Monday morning I’m definitely keeping Ridtek in my phone book and I highly recommend anyone to contact Ridtek they are amazing .

I cannot thank Reef and RIDTEK enough. We unfortunately had a guest move in underneath our shed, after a phone call with Roo, Reef came to review the situation and advise on next steps. Reef visited as many times as required to remove the guest and offered us solutions to stop this happening again. Reef was polite, friendly and knowledgable! I would highly recommend and will 100% use again if required! Thanks team 💪

Such a speedy and friendly service! Incredibly personable and professional. I asked for advice through a local Facebook group and the next moment I was raising a request through their website with and incredibly quick turn around in response. The next day we were on my allotment plot and the wasps nest was no more! Shane listened to me without judgement and took his time to ensure that my disturbing the nest had really not moved them on. A little jab in the ground with a shovel and the soldiers were out for revenge! A quick douse in the ground later and the Queen was seen to. Absolute legend! Can’t thank you enough!!
