I went to see paul regarding my very painful shoulder and reduce mobility in my left arm. he'd been recommended to me by an nhs physio. he pinpointed the problem straight away which was shoulder bursitis and gave me treatment and exercises to do. after seeing progress each week for a few weeks i'm now totally pain free, and mobility is back. i'd highly recommend!

Paul is very personable and really takes the time to listen to your concerns and to learn about your limitations before coming up with a good plan of action. he is very knowledgeable and appears to have a good up to date knowledge of his subject. i would highly recommend him to anybody with pain or injury. he will make you feel very relaxed and will make sure that you know how to help self manage in the future.
