Amazing work and very quick response

Really good experience at SoPhysical, needed fitting for a new brace, great customer service, easy to book and reasonable price for such high level of service. Would definitely recommend and will be using again

For about 8 weeks I've been following stretching exercises given to me by a different physiotherapist, with no improvement. 1 session with Shane and he diagnoses a totally different condition, that's not made any better by stretching (explains why 6 month of self-help with stretches hasn't helped) :-/ My leg/hip is already starting to feel better now I'm not doing the wrong thing! Shane put me at ease and gave me the most thorough assessment I've had, which is presumably why he's diagnosed the right thing. Honestly, super impressed. Nice, clean premises with large consultation rooms. I truly have nothing bad to say.. a great experience so far! Only fun thing is finding the place when you turn up... go right to the back of the carpark and you'll find the named parking spaces and door, right at the back of the block :-)
