Basingstoke Miniature Railway

Great for the little ones and very good value 1.50 for 2 laps on the train and you get a ticket and it was a £1 for the little stream engine ride around viables car park.

Great fun, small but hugely entertaining for kids and big kidults.

Great place and very welcoming. Went on Halloween and the decorations were great especially in the tunnel. Kids loved it

We visit here every year for Halloween almost as a tradition. The recently built structure next to the track switches on lots of lights for security which made the ride less spooky and spoiling the fun. Apart from that it is a fun silly ride for a couple of quid which I would highly recommend for anyone for a casual visit. They are open during non Halloween times too if you are into miniature train rides but don't like the dark spooky setup over Halloween

We had such a lovely morning here! Very easy to find and free parking. Donation/£1 programme entry. The enthusiasts are so happy to talk about their creations and for you to get up close and even sit on them! The miniature railway is brilliant and a really lovely feature.
