5 star service. Originally came out when our central heating failed over the weekend and British Gas Homecare could not come out for 2 weeks. Sorted our problem out and I have binned BG. Options now do all our servicing and any problems. They arrive on time, do the job and don't make a mess. Cannot recommend too highly.

I had a new boiler and radiators fitted. Rory and his team did a great job, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. They arrived on time, very professional, very friendly, competitively priced, and just kept going to the work was finished.

Great customer service to repair and service my boiler when I thought it needed replacing. Rory spent a lot of time asking questions and explaining on my initial call, and Jason did a good job on site. Will use again and recommend. Local, friendly, professional and efficient.
