Natalie has been absolutely incredible for my house purchase. It's been a long process due to problems out of our control but Natalie has remained supportive and kept my spirits up when I thought it would never happen. She's friendly. hard working and so proactive trying to resolve the numerous issues in the other parties in the chain. I wish all estate agents/move managers could be like her. I couldn't fault her or Belvoir. Will absolutely recommend.

The Belvoir Basingstoke team have been genuinely superb. I switched across from another agent in December last year at the end of a long tenancy after getting tired of poor service from constantly churning, inexperienced staff. The difference with Belvoir couldn't be more noticeable. Knowledgeable, professional and responsive - they have earned their excellent reputation. Their knowledge of the Basingstoke market (including the estate my property resides in) was really impressive. Carole in particular really knew her stuff; she was hands down the most convincing agent I interviewed. Kate in the lettings team also managed the listing process very efficiently. The advert was out quickly and we had a new tenant in at a 15% uplift in rent within a month. Michelle in the maintenance team also assisted as there were a host of repairs and replacements to get sorted for the new tenant. We rented a property from Belvoir from 2011 to 2023. Throughout this time, everything we asked for was expedited quickly and efficiently with no undue delays. When we checked out, after 12 years, the process was extremely quick and smooth with absolutely no problems over the return of our deposit. And ending with the amazing support from their move manager, Natalie, who updated us regularly with the progress of the sale, pushed for a timely completion speaking with the entire chain and also the solicitors.
