A great service from the team, they went out of their way to secure our moving date with very short notice. on the day, scott and nick worked so hard, they were excellent., ensuring everything was were we wanted and were so polite and courteous. we would highly recommend them to anyone. thanks for making things easy after a stressful lead up to moving date.

The service provided by robinsons was just amazing from start to finish. our late request for a quotation was dealt with promptly and we have to say the quote was very competitive (slightly higher than the smaller companies but lower than some of your larger competitors). your advice about the insurance policy was really helpful and enabled us to secure a booking with ease. on the day of the move the team arrived on time. they were friendly and helpful and exceptionally efficient. they explained to us the process and left us feeling confident. they managed to fill three furniture lorries in just over four hours and it was remarkable to see how organised they were and efficiently they managed this process. we are confident that there are not many other companies out there that would have delivered such a great service (particularly on a friday evening) and are relieved that we chose a professional company to help us during this stressful process. the team had great communication skills and ensured we knew what to expect and what could be achieved throughout the whole process. this really helped to reduce the stress. robinson's team were simply amazing and it's great to see such exceptional customer service is available. we would appreciate it if you would accept our thanks and pass on our sincere gratitude to dean in the depot and the team that helped us that day.

We moved with robinsons in february 2022 and couldn't have had a better experience. obtaining a quote was quick and easy. we were given advise on how to pack in the final few days before the move to make things go smoothly. and on the moving day the team arrived early, were very polite and approachable, incredibly fit, and emptied our 3 bedroom house in a couple of hours. we obtained the keys at 1pm and the team were finished offloading by 3pm, earning themselves all a decent tip to go and buy their friday afternoon pint with. i don't want to move again anytime soon, but if i did, i would be straight on the phone to robinsons.
