Well made, comfortable shoes in a range if fitting options that you don't get a lot of places. Particularly good for small children and school shoes. The store in Basingstoke is nice and open with a dedicated children's area at the far end, which can get busy (new school year in particular) for fitting and works on a ticket system. Well trained staff that are helpful.

Sofie helped my fussy son with school shoes. Unfortunately after all the messing about they didn't have the size and width reqired so she advised ordering them online or getting them in to store which we have. Thank you.

They went above and beyond even after they knew they wouldn't personally make a sale because they didn't have my size. They made phone calls to other shops and found me what I wanted. Even had a backup plan if that didn't work. Good old fashioned service at its best. Thanks so much
