Excellent. This is now the second time of using this branch for our storage needs and really can’t fault the service apart from its a shame it’s not 24 hour especially with all the security passes and cameras etc and I’m sure for the charge you get get a security guard in on watch.

The initial call was very positive, helpful and friendly, and everything went well. But when I arrived on site I found the staff a little standoffish, and lacked the personal touches and detail that had made my initial experience so positive. The storage itself is fine, but it is not 5x5ft as described, more like 7x3ft with one of the corners not square, as the store is on the corner of the corridor, so I am loosing out on some of the space.
