Edit: i have now used fpf 3 times, and i can't praise them enough. their customer service is fantastic. thanks again for sorting out another delivery, i will definitely be using them when ever i unload a container! original: i used fpf to unload a car i imported to southampton. i was in a bit of an uncomfortable position because there was a shortage of drivers to collect my container from the port, which was steadily accruing demurrage. i found fpf to be extremely helpful and accommodating. they were able to accept my container at short notice and were extremely polite all the while. 10/10 would recommend!
I used this service to receive my pallets from abroad, store them for a few months and forward them to other locations. i am very pleased with the service but even more pleased with the swift and clear communication with this company. i will use this service in the future and i will recommend to others.
