In the days of the world wide web, it's easy to assume there's no need for a travel agent. try booking a cruise, two cabins, near but on opposite sides of the ship (the views) and you start to appreciate their expertise and advice. julie kept three different booking web pages open simultaneously while we tried to identify a combination that works, really helpful and really appreciated

Have been to tui in basingstoke a number of times. staff always helpful, especially gem, who even if you haven't been in for almost a year she always remembers you. a pleasant, happy lady and nothing too much trouble.

I had a wedding booked abroad during the pandemic, however this had to be rescheduled 3 times and julie was amazing and super helpful each time. family & guests of our wedding also needed some support to move their holidays and flights too, however she was always reassuring and managed to still get everyone out to cyprus on the same flight & in the same hotels as previously booked! since then, we have booked more holidays with tui as we know julie is really friendly and helpful! thanks so much julie! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from james & gillian darby
