St Kitts Vets Basingstoke

Very busy, noisy location. Plenty of parking. Place itself light airy, impersonal, goldfish bowl. However, staff and treatment excellent maybe not best branch for nervous pooches although plenty of room between seating groups if you have unsociable furbaby.

Such a wonderful vets, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They’re so good and patient with my scooby especially when she’s anxious. Would highly recommend :)

Lovely staff! Left ‘companion care’ at pets at home due to rude staff and awful appointment dates and googled vets nearby, St Kitts was the first to pop up, so glad I found them!- Easy to get early appointment dates, staff were welcoming as soon as I walked in the door, no upfront fees to pay, straightforward healthcare plan that actually pays off with the savings being incredible, also free microchipping included! So happy my cats will be in good hands!

I've been looking after a 10 month old kitten for the past few weeks and all was fine until she tried flying off the garage roof in pursuit of something that's actually meant to fly. St Kitts were brilliant from start to finish. Lovely pleasant staff on reception who once I explained the situation arranged an appointment with the vet within the hour. It was my first visit to St Kitts at their new location, all areas were clean, fresh and well maintained. The vet was very thorough in her examination of said flying kitten and suggested several possible options. Unlike some other vets, who for now shall remain nameless, St Kitts did not go with the most expensive option that required an anaesthetic procedure, they started with the cheaper procedure and suggested close monitoring. St Kitts definitely seemed more interested in the welfare of their patient than making the most money possible. All the staff were I met were very professional and lovely to deal with. The kitten was purring all the way home and was less distressed than I was! I would definitely recommend St Kitts for all of your pet's care whether an emergency or regular treatment.

The best vet in the world 🌍😍always understanding, helpful and really nice everybody who works there, The lady in reception so kind of course the lady Vet is so nice and supportive with big knowledge! Thanks to her my cat Cuite is alive😻❤️😻Just love them and wanna say big Thank You💖😸
